When you book: your name, phone number, email, the address where the vehicle is, the vehicle's year, make, model, engine and VIN if you give it, the battery you picked, and any notes you add.

Your card is entered into a secure payment form. We never see or store your full card number — only the card brand and the last four digits.

Basic technical information, like your IP address, is recorded with each booking to help prevent fraud.

Only to handle your booking: to schedule and do the job, get the right battery, charge the service fee and the balance, send you confirmations and receipts, call you about your booking, and handle warranty or cancellation requests. We don't use it for advertising.

We do not sell, rent, trade or transfer your personal information to anyone — not to marketers, not to data brokers, not to anyone else. It's used for your booking and nothing more.

We'll only release information if the law requires it.

Booking and payment records are kept as long as we need them for warranty claims, accounting and taxes. You can ask us to delete your information when it's no longer needed for those purposes.
